Sumerset Resident Information Form
needs to be filled out and returned by all residnets ASAP. This information will enable the Board to properly calculate the
amount of tax refund you are entitled to. If you have already return it, then thank you. If not please click the link above,

Official Notice
The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at the Pomona Park Clubhouse 7:30- 9 PM. Any Owner (in good standing) with the time and desire to sit on the Board, please send us a written request no later than May 10.
The Pool will be opening on Saturday May 24. The pool will be open weekends only until late June when the kids are out of school, then open daily through Labor Day. Hours of operation will be posted at the pool. Owners who are not in good standing will not be allowed to use the facilities. Please observe all of the rules and direction from the Pool Staff.
